although we had to become vegetarians for four days (even had vegetarian maggi for supper)...
had to walk a mile (it seems a mile when it's 1am and you're 100 times lazier) to the bathroom...
had to go to bed sweaty some times because it was too late (too lazy) to bath...
had to wear some old clothes twice because they weren't enough...

BUT

IT WAS SO MUCH FUUUUNNNN!!! the programs and activities rocked, and the people were the BEST!!! (we chatted online after the camp...got invited by 10 people in one night, muahaha)

sob...miss them lots...

Severely depressed

WAAAH!!! I just read Naruto chapter 424 and am now severely depressed.

Those who know me and reads Naruto know why laa..

Really...I mean...it might seem a little weird to be this obsessed about an anime character, but really. I guess you can equate it to being obsessed about a celebrity, the person might be real, but you'll never know the real person behind all the celebrity status and good looks. The guy I like isn't real, but I do know his character, values, personality and all.

I guess no one can really understand besides people who have fallen for anime characters as well...

And bimbos had an outing and i couldn't make it...that pretty much added to the depression...what to do...my club leader wanna go suddenly...aihz...so sad so sad...

butbutbut...it kinda looks purple...cuz there's a purple design skin on it...so it looks more purplish than pink.

Still can't believe I own a camera. A super-fancy camera, that is. Hohoho...still feel SO FREAKING DAMN LUCKY!!

Oh wait, I forgot to mention, won it by entering my graffiti skin design to the competition held in conjunction with the launch of the Sony Cybershot Skinny T DSC-T77...so got consolation...YAY!!

I still feel real lucky, cuz on the day when I was supposed to hand in the entry, fuyoh...that day was really 'sui' man...

So I was supposed to hand in the entry on Thursday, by 10 pm. I finished the design on Tuesday after staying back in college, but didn't really want to print it then since I wanted to touch up a bit at home. Since the next day was a public holiday, I went to ask the printing shop people whether they opened on that day. They said they didn't. So I asked them what time the opened on Thursday, since all I needed to do was to print it. 'Sap sap sui' only right...They said they opened by 9.

OK!!...NO PROBELEMO...got an hour to print...more than enough time...laaa...

Wednesday: Relax...

Thursday, 9.00 am: I went to the printing shop there, to ask whether I could print. They said go ahead.

Whoops...forgot to mention...'Kak, nak print A3'...

'A3?? A3 printer rosak laa...'

Me: *holy crappy shittimoly...*HAH?

Kak: Ye...tak tau lah...kena tunggu bos datang...tengok boleh tak...

Me: Bila bos datang?

Kak: Erm...kira pukul 10 macam tu lah...

Me: *holllllyyyyy*Oh. Ada tak shop lain boleh print?

Kak: Er...ada...kat public bank sana...dia punya signboard ada tu punya 'doubleA' punya sign...

Me: Oh...k lah...tengoklah nanti...datang jumpa bos nanti.

So I went crying to the lec explaining my circumstances. Well not crying lah...more like 'aiyayayayayaya!!! what to dooooo?!?!'

Lec (Queenie): Ooo... ask them to print in bigger size, then cut them up in A3 size then... If you can't, you can send in later, but latest by TODAY. Oki?

Me: *goes running to the printing shop again, only to have the Kak say to me that she doesn't know how to operate the bigger printers, since the boss usually operates them...*

Then I met up with Siau Wei, and we went to ask this other shop whether they could. They said yup, but our eyes went O.O when we found out the price was 5 ringgit apiece...the other shop only selling for 2 ringgit... So we decided to wait till the boss arrived, take our chances, since we had to hand it in by the end of the day.

Then while Siau Wei went to buy CD, I tried out the printing shop again to see if the boss arrived yet. Kat was there as well, so might as well wait with her. Ngam ngam while walking up the steps, the boss was right behind.

Me: Eh, can print A3?? *puppy eyes*

Low Pan: A3 arh... See first whether printer working or not...

*Switches on his Mac, did a few clicking around*

Low Pan: Come...bring your pen drive...

Me: *blurrrr* (too kan-cheong liaoz)

Then when I got what he meant, Kat swoops in and hands him her thumb-drive.

Me: *grrr* (next time must be more kiasu)

So Kat's printed out nicely, colour abit off, but who cares at a moment like this?

Then when my turn came...

BLOODY MOTHER FATHER BROTHER SISTER PAPER GOT STUCK!?!?!

Sui.

So me and Siau Wei were out of options (there were other classmates who entered as well, but they were still doing theirs) we went to the extremely expensive printing shop that sold A3 printing 2 1/2 times that of the other shop.

Only to be told that the printer was our of order. Technician now working on it, it'll be done by 'tengahari'.

...Are the dark planets and moons in those 'once-in-444 years' positions in outer space?

What now?

Well...I ate.



...WHILE thinking of Plan J. By then it was time for Marketing Management, so I went. Lalala... then thought of trying out the 'doubleA' signboard shop during break.

Break was 40 minutes long, my food took 25 minutes to come, 5 minutes to eat. hehe... Then decided the shop was too far to take my chances, and made the last minute decision to print on A4 and paste in on A3 size papers. So I printed them at last, but ended up late for Marketing.

Then later when I finally handed them in, I found out later in Art&Design Fundamentals that... my design in jpeg format was in the wrong size.

WHAAAAT!?! I reached a critical point there, whether to let it go and don't care about it anymore, or to go all out to correct it. Well, I've come this far, might as well go all out.

So I went to tarik balik the entries (handed in two) and replaced the file with the proper adjustments.

Handed it back. Now it's done. Over.

Days later I got an sms telling me to send in an Adobe Illustrator CS2 version of the design through email. Well I did that, thinking that well, must have some problems with my jpeg, maybe they wanted to take a closer look or something.

Then later at sculpture my lec told me and my classmate we were shortlisted.

Cool.

Days later at Marketing I got a call, saying I won a prize.

Super cool.

Then I checked later, found out it was the new camera.

UBER COOL.




so yeah. got a new camera. yipee...but can't help feeling that all the fanciness was wasted on a girl-who-does-not-appreciate-fanciness like me.

Owh, and we were to receive the prize at the launching, and there were this bunch of people lining up. Found out the were lining up to buy the camera. Early birds get it cheap, From 8 ringgit to 888 ringgit. They've been lining up since Thursday. Wow. Gee, I wonder what's it like. My mom said those people prob have no jobs. I'm busy figuring out how they went to the bathroom. And they prob didn't bath for 3 days. Ew.

But yay...didn't have to line up, yet got it for freeeeee... me love freeeeeee... was told the market price was RM1298...or sumthing
